This Disclaimer Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. and DSTA Institute and applies to all courses, training programs, and certifications issued under the DSTA Institute brand.

Nature of Certification

All courses, training programs, and certifications offered under the brand name DSTA Institute (a division of DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd.) are private skill-development certifications. These certifications are intended for vocational learning, professional upskilling, and career advancement, and they are not equivalent to degrees, diplomas, or certificates issued by UGC, AICTE, any State or Central University, or any Government Educational Board. They are designed to provide learners with practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills but do not substitute statutory educational qualifications required by law.

Recognition & Usage

DSTA certifications are industry-oriented and ISO 9001:2015 quality-certified, intended to demonstrate that a learner has successfully completed structured training. These certifications may be used by learners to showcase their skills to employers, strengthen their resumes, or build credibility for freelance and entrepreneurial opportunities. However, learners and partners must refrain from misrepresenting DSTA certifications as government-approved qualifications or as a substitute for formal higher education programs. Employers, universities, or government agencies retain the sole right to accept or reject private certifications at their discretion.

Employment & Higher Education

While DSTA Institute provides training and certification, it does not guarantee job placement, government employment eligibility, or admission into higher education programs. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market demand, and the policies of external organizations.

Affiliations & Logos

DSTA Institute does not claim direct affiliation with UGC, AICTE, or any university unless expressly documented. No government logos, university seals, or unauthorized third-party logos are used on certificates. Certificates contain DSTA Institute branding, the authorized franchise center’s logo, QR-code verification for authenticity, and the ISO 9001:2015 certification logo, which shall only be used after valid certification is obtained from an accredited certification body.

Limitation of Liability

DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. and DSTA Institute shall not be held liable for the rejection of DSTA certificates by employers, universities, or government agencies; for any misuse or misrepresentation of DSTA certificates by franchisees, staff, or students; or for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the interpretation of DSTA certifications as government-recognized qualifications. DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. shall also not be responsible for claims made by unauthorized training providers or individuals misusing the DSTA name, logo, or brand.

Responsibility & Communication

Students enrolling in DSTA programs acknowledge that the certifications offered are private, skill-oriented programs intended for professional and career development. Franchisees and training partners are encouraged to present the certifications by focusing on strengths such as ISO standards, QR verification, and industry-focused curriculum, while ensuring clear and accurate communication with prospective students.

Right to Amend

DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, revise, or amend this Disclaimer Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the official website, institute.dstahub.com, shall be considered the most current and legally binding version.

Legal Entity

DSTA Institute is a franchise and training brand owned and operated by DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd.  All legal rights, liabilities, and obligations under these policies rest with DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013.
