Wallet and Payments

All payments, wallet charges, or fees for courses or services must be completed before access is granted. Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing by DSTA Institute. Refunds for duplicate transactions, failed transactions, or wrongful deductions will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In case of center closure, a nominal fee may apply. Users must clarify any doubts before making payments.

 Data Accuracy and Student Responsibility

Center heads are responsible for the accuracy of all students and center data entered in system. Center heads must supervise students during online/offline exams to ensure no cheating occurs. Student account credentials will be available directly in the center’s admin panel. Safeguarding them is the center's responsibility. By updating data, users authorize DSTA Institute to use such information for website content and marketing purposes.

Center registration requirements

By applying for new center registration, you confirm that you have met the minimum infrastructure requirements as specified by DSTA Institute (including adequate number of computers and minimum premises space). Applications not meeting these requirements may be rejected or terminated.

Verification Documents

Documents submitted for verification may be printed, stored, or archived by DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., or its authorized employees for compliance and record-keeping purposes.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Post or transmit false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or illegal content. Upload content you do not own or have permission to share. Infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. Create fake certificates, mark sheets, or any fraudulent academic materials. Use the website to collect data for competitors, send spam, or engage in unauthorized commercial activity. Attempt to probe, scan, hack, or test the website's security or authentication measures.
Access the website with automated means or under fraudulent pretenses. Reformat or frame any portion of the website without written permission.

Forums, Comments, Reviews, and Feedback

 Center Verification:

Students and parents can check the active status of any franchise center by entering the Center ID on the DSTA Institute homepage. If a center is shown as inactive or deactivated, students and parents must avoid enrolling or making payments at that center. DSTA Institute is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions with inactive centers.

Competitor Restriction

Registration by computer centers, training institutes, or organizations engaged in providing services like DSTA Institute, or engaged in collecting and sharing our data for competitor benefit, is strictly prohibited. DSTA Institute reserves the right to terminate such accounts without prior notice and without refund. Legal action may be initiated for violations.

Technical Support and Admin Rights

DSTA Institute technical staff may access user or student accounts to resolve technical issues. Users must cooperate with technical support and provide accurate information for troubleshooting.

Third-Party Interaction

Any interaction or commercial transaction with third parties through the website is solely between the user and the third party. DSTA Institute is not responsible for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from such interactions.

Correction of Errors

DSTA Institute will make reasonable efforts to correct any inaccuracies reported on the website or dashboards within 7 working days of receiving written notification.

Privacy & Data Protection

By using this website, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Compliance & Disclaimer

The registered office of DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. is maintained solely for statutory correspondence and compliance purposes. No training activities are conducted at this address. All training is conducted exclusively through authorized franchise centers or via digital platforms, as DSTAcademix is a digital-first company. DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., provides the franchise platform and operational support; all educational services are delivered by individual franchise centers. Policies outlined are aspirational and guidance-based; DSTA institute is not liable for operational actions of franchise centers. Each franchise center is an independent entity. DSTA Institute and DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for day-to-day management, teaching quality, fee disputes, or student grievances related to franchise operations. Users acknowledge these limitations and agree to hold DSTA Institute harmless from any claims arising from franchise operations. DSTA Institute does not provide any job guarantee to students. If job openings are available, DSTA Institute may share information with centers, but final hiring decisions depend only on the recruiting company and the students’ skills and performance. Students and parents are advised not to rely on any false job promises made by unauthorized people.

Force Majeure

DSTA Institute shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, cyberattacks, or internet/power outages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of the registered office of DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., in Chennai- India.

Age & Eligibility

Users below the age of 18 must access the website only under parental or guardian supervision. By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement.

Amendments and Modifications

DSTA Institute may modify, update, or discontinue website features or services at any time.
Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law & Language

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., registered office, is located. In case of conflict between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

Grievance Redressal 

In accordance with applicable laws, DSTA Institute has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints relating to data protection, misuse, or violations of these Terms.  Details of the Grievance Officer, including name, designation, email, and working hours, are provided in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 

Communication Consent

By providing contact information (phone, email, SMS), whether as a registered user or visitor, you consent to receive communications from DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd., regarding services, updates, or support through phone calls, SMS, or email.
