Franchise Form Filling - Do's & Don'ts
- Upload a clear passport-size photo with a plain background. No selfies or casual photos.
- Scan Documents using a scanner machine or mobile scanner app. Don't upload photos taken directly from the mobile camera.
- The photo will appear on the certificate and other documents, so ensure it's clear and professional.
Basic Infrastructure Requirements
- Minimum Area: 150 sq. ft.
- Minimum Devices: 5 PCs or Laptops
- Internet Connection: Required
- Generator / UPS: Required for uninterrupted power
- Printer & Scanner: For admin and exam-related tasks
- Drinking Water Facility: Clean water access must be available
- First Aid Kit: Basic emergency kit must be present
- Whiteboard or Digital Board: For teaching and training delivery
- Washroom: Preferred for convenience but not strictly mandatory
- Qualified Staff & Course Flexibility: Centers may offer only a few skill or IT courses based on staff availability. Quality delivery is the priority—not the number of courses or staff.
Note:
While we encourage all of the above, flexibility is offered to committed educators who may need time to meet every requirement. Under the Starter Center Model, centers are required to have at least 120 sq. ft. of space and a minimum of 3 computers to begin operations, with flexibility to scale up as they grow.
One-Time & Ongoing Fees
- One-Time Processing Fee: ₹4000
- Non-refundable
- Includes portal setup, training, and initial support
- Certification Fee: Applicable for each student
- Charged at the time of admission
Center Portal Access
Upon approval and completion of the agreement process, DSTA will share login credentials for backend portal access.
The center portal allows you to:

- Bulk Admissions
- Reports & Analytics
This Center Portal system reduces the need for a full-time admin, saving operational costs.
Agreement & Launch Process
- After submitting the Franchise Application Form, the DSTA team will review your form and documents.
- Once verification is complete, you will receive the official DSTA agreement.
- Sign the agreement and send the scanned copy to DSTA along with the receipt or screenshot of the one-time processing fee payment.
- Upon final approval, your portal credentials will be shared, and your center will be officially onboarded as a DSTA Partner.
- You can now start student admissions and course delivery.

Every new center receives a professional Welcome Kit that includes an official welcome letter, franchise certificate, certificate and mark sheet samples, marketing materials (soft copy), admin forms and a startup guide to ensure smooth onboarding. This kit equips you with everything needed to launch your center confidently and professionally from day one.
